Alternative Transportation in Central Ohio

This all-day seminar will examine the growing number of bikeways, shared-use trails and pedestrian access projects that are becoming an increasingly larger portion of public works projects in the greater Columbus area. Topics will include integration of bikeways into urban corridors, creation of shared use paths and bikeways, planning for future trail development, coordination with railway authorities, integration of bus and other public transportation, and multiple example projects recently constructed in Central Ohio.
